By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am to behave responsibly and agree to use the facilities in the Escape Room Townsville with care. Escape Room Townsville reserves all rights to seek indemnification should there be any attempt to damage the tools, equipment and facilities. I acknowledge and agree that Escape Room Townsville may terminate the experience at any time should any of the participants refuse to follow the instructions of the Escape Room Townsville employees and that no refund, full or partial, will be provided. I acknowledge that I participate in the game at my own risk. I acknowledge that the experiences provided by Escape Room Townsville are not recommended for those with heart conditions, hypertension, claustrophobia or other similar health conditions. I acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of the activities, I will not hold Escape Room Townsville and/or its directors and/or employees liable for any injury, death, damage, loss or inconvenience arising from any accident caused by any participants and/or Escape Room Townsville and/or its directors and/or employees.
